Physical Plant Work Request

Aquinas College faculty, staff and students should submit work requests through the Physical Plant Office's work order system, Operations Hero.

You can view new user instructions or to get started quickly, click "login" and then "sign in with Google" using your Aquinas email address. Call 616-632-2937 with any questions!

Operations Hero currently covers these types of requests:

  • Custodial
  • Grounds
  • Paint
  • Phone
  • Pest
  • Set-up Requests
  • Vending Machine Issues
  • Key/Lock/Door
  • Smoke Detector Battery

If you don't know a certain field (like the category), you can leave it blank. In the summary/description box, please be as detailed and specific as possible. All of the buildings at Aquinas are in the drop-down list, but if you do not see a specific room listed, just be sure to click the appropriate building and put the specific space/room description and comments below.
